Shipping policy

We offer free UK p&p on orders over the value of £60.  We provide tracked 2-5 working days delivery time. However, during busier periods this may be longer. 

For international orders - additional shipping charges apply (This is calculated at the checkout). We provide a tracked and signed delivery service. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery time. Please note this may be longer during busier periods. 

Please note, we are NOT responsible for custom duties that you may incur. 

We aim to create and post all orders within 7 days of the payment date.

Customised products

Please allow up to 7 working days to process/create the product. 

 (up to 7 days creating the order + up to 5/14 working days delivery time UK/INT).

During busy periods/strikes, please allow extra time. 

Please ensure you order products in plenty of time- especially if they are gift for a loved one.
