Refund policy

Returns

We take pride in the quality and attention to detail when creating and packing all orders. However, if an error has been overlooked and you are not entirely satisfied with our products you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Please note, the shipping costs paid when ordering the product are non refundable.

If the period has been longer than 14 days, we will not accept the refund. 

If the product arrives damaged, faulty or used, we have the right to reject your return.

If you choose to return an item, we are not responsible for shipping fees.

TikTok orders

Orders made via TikTok shop can only be returned via TikTok shop.

Customised items

Due to the nature of the item, Customised items are non-refundable. 

Customers are only entitled to a refund of personalised items if : the item is faulty, mistakes made by myself eg wrong size colour etc. 

Digital items 

Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be refunded.
